We are seeking a dedicated and precise Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team in Basingstoke. In this role, you will play a vital part in handling, picking, and packing both international and domestic orders, including essential cold chain shipments. Your contribution ensures that our life-enhancing products reach those who need them most, safely and accurately.
Responsibilities
- Handle and pack ambient and refrigerated materials to a high standard of accuracy.
- Operate mechanical lifting equipment and vehicles (full training provided).
- Manage warehouse stock, including receiving, put-away, and cycle counting.
- Utilize SAP for precise stock management and data tracking.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to strict quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate effectively within a team to meet daily goals and deadlines.

Qualifications
- Prior experience in a warehouse environment.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, and computer skills (SAP knowledge is an advantage).
- Physical ability to lift up to 20kg and remain active throughout the shift.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to right first time quality.
- Reliability and a proactive approach to safety and professional development.
What We Offer
- Salary: GBP13.46 per hour plus a 20 shift allowance.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday (06:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00, rotating).
- Duration: 6-month assignment.
