Working Hours: 06.00am - 18.00pm, 4on4off

Stonegate Farmers Ltd is an integrated free range and organic egg business organised across three divisions comprising farming and agriculture, egg packing and cooked egg processing. Established in 1926 and under new ownership since 2016, we have grown into one the largest free-range and organic egg producers within the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick and load customer orders to the highest standards, following all correct procedures.
- Support with picking, loading, and unloading as required.
- Accurately complete load sheets and computer-based records.
- Conduct stock counts for finished goods and intake goods at the start or end of each shift.
- Ensure all delivered materials are safe, legal, and meet required quality standards.
- Maintain excellent GMP, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
- Report any non-standard conditions promptly to minimise waste.
- Keep work areas clean, tidy, and compliant at all times.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and lean principles.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of BRC Global Standards.
- Carry out additional site-wide tasks to support smooth operations.

About You
- Warehouse experience (essential).
- Experience using an electric pallet/pump truck (essential).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic IT skills.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Willing to learn and able to work towards food-based qualifications.
- Passionate about food and high production standards.
- Able to demonstrate company values: Respect, Aspire, Courage, One Team, Diversity.
