Pay Rate: ££26,527.60 Per annum (no shift Premium)
Grade: RCS P
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 14:00 - 22:00 (Evening Shift)
Location: Coventry, CV2 2TA
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Safely operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) within a busy warehouse environment
- Moving, lifting, storing and replenishing stock using warehouse equipment
- Loading and unloading vehicles efficiently and safely
- Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
- Carrying out stock movements and inventory tasks with accuracy
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
- Supporting general warehouse housekeeping to maintain a safe and organised workplace
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Have a flexible, friendly approach with a can-do attitude
- Have excellent organisational skills along with speed and accuracy
- Happy to work 8hr shifts from 14:00 -22:00
- Happy with Sunday to Thursday Shift.
- Have previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
- Have experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as:
- Reach Trucks
- Counterbalance Forklifts
- LLOPs (Low-Level Order Pickers)
- Pallet Trucks
- Stackers
- Other warehouse lifting and moving equipment
- Hold relevant MHE licences or certifications (desirable)
