Pay Rate: ££26,527.60 Per annum (no shift Premium)
Grade: RCS P
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: 14:00 - 22:00 (Evening Shift)
Location: Coventry, CV2 2TA

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Safely operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) within a busy warehouse environment
  • Moving, lifting, storing and replenishing stock using warehouse equipment
  • Loading and unloading vehicles efficiently and safely
  • Picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch
  • Carrying out stock movements and inventory tasks with accuracy
  • Following all health and safety procedures at all times
  • Supporting general warehouse housekeeping to maintain a safe and organised workplace

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Have a flexible, friendly approach with a can-do attitude
  • Have excellent organisational skills along with speed and accuracy
  • Happy to work 8hr shifts from 14:00 -22:00
  • Happy with Sunday to Thursday Shift.
  • Have previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Have experience operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as:
    • Reach Trucks
    • Counterbalance Forklifts
    • LLOPs (Low-Level Order Pickers)
    • Pallet Trucks
    • Stackers
    • Other warehouse lifting and moving equipment
  • Hold relevant MHE licences or certifications (desirable)
