About The Job
We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking and packing orders, receiving goods, handling returns, and maintaining the overall organisation of the warehouse. This role is crucial in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time.

Your Tasks
- Picking and Packing: Accurately assemble and pick customer orders for shipment.
- Goods Receiving: Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Returns Management: Handle and process returns efficiently.
- General Warehouse Duties: Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
- Loading and Shipping: Ensure the correct products are loaded and shipped on time.
- Productivity and Quality Standards: Consistently meet productivity and quality standards.
- Additional duties as required by business needs.

This role is on-site warehouse based. The candidate should be capable of performing physical tasks in the warehouse.
