Warehouse Operative
We are on the hunt for an amazing Warehouse Operative to join the RPM family and help manage our day to day operations at our Warehouse. You will be working as part of our Logistics Team and will have specific responsibility for warehouse management and stock control.
Client Supplier focus
- Support Account Team & Production Team members with any logistical issues
- Foster a culture of outstanding client service
- Pull down pallets, so client can pick/pack their own goods
- Put away any remaining pallets, making note of any quantity changes, or marking any pallets removed where applicable
Organising and delivering work
- Receiving & signing for parcel deliveries, checking condition and recipient of delivery
- Update project related goods on tracking system when items arrive, so all relevant production/accounts teams are aware of deliveries along with any issues
- Collate deliveries for each project
- Type up any hand written sheets and assign pallet bays to pallet sheets. Information must be accurate, and files saved online
- Collate items for Collections:
- Depending on quantity of kit being collated for a delivery, you will be required to pull down relevant pallets (indicated by Manager), remove the items and pack appropriately for collection and ensure all paperwork is correct
- For certain clients, photos will need to be taken of the final wrapped pallet
- Keep warehouse clear and tidy:
- Maintain general cleanliness of warehouse area
- Check warehouse areas daily to ensure any pallets due to be racked are processed and put away if no longer needed

Requirements
