We are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers / Selectors to join a busy distribution centre in Atherstone.

This is a temp to perm opportunity - subject to successful probation period.
The Warehouse Operative role is based in Atherstone, however candidates will be required to transfer to Bardon (LE67) Distribution Centre from around Oct 2027.
Shift Details
- Dayshift starts at 5am or 6am
- Night shift starts at 7:30pm
- Typical shift length: 7 – 8 hours
- Shift pattern: various (e.g. 5 days on, 3 days off, 4 on 2 off etc (includes weekends))
- Fixed rota options: working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and 2 out of 3 Sunday.

Pay Rates
- Before 10pm: £13.44 per hour
- After 10pm: £16.79 per hour
After 12 Weeks
- Before 10pm: £14.93 per hour
- After 10pm: £18.66 per hour
As a Warehouse Operative, Your Duties Will Include
- Voice picking / order picking
- Using a LLOP (Low Level Order Picker)
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Pallet wrapping and preparing goods for dispatch
- Loading and unloading goods
- General warehouse and distribution duties
- Working to targets and quality standards
- Chill or ambient warehouse environments

Previous warehouse operative experience is desirable, but candidates with the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn will also be considered.
