Pay Rate: £25,779

Grade: RCS P

Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

Shift patterns: 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday Rotational 6am - 2pm and 2pm - 10pm

Location: Bawtry - DN11 9HE

Are you looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced warehouse environment? We're looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our team at our Bawtry site.

Working as part of a supportive team, you'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately while maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Accurately pick, pack, and sort customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Load, unload, and handle stock safely, including lifting items up to 25kg
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as HLOP and PPT trucks in line with safety procedures
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe, and organised workspace
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet productivity targets and customer deadlines

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Previous warehouse experience is essential, with a good understanding of warehouse operations and processes
  • A flexible and positive approach to work, with a strong can-do attitude and willingness to support the wider team
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience operating MHE, including HLOP or PPT, is desirable; however, full training will be provided for the right candidate
  • A strong commitment to health and safety, with the ability to follow procedures and work responsibly at all times
