Warehouse Operative - Pinchbeck
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for Warehouse Operative roles to work with a leading logistics company in Pinchbeck. You will be working in a chilled warehouse production environment, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks.
Shift Patterns:
- The 4-on-4-off shift pattern is a rotating schedule where employees work four consecutive shifts (typically 12 hours) followed by four consecutive days off.
Pay Rates:
- 12.71 GBP hourly
Must-have Requirements for Warehouse Operative:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Ability to work within a chilled environment
- Ability to work a 4-on-4-off shift pattern
- Must live in the Spalding area
