This is an active, fast-paced role where you'll work as part of the wider warehouse team to achieve daily targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity and safety.
What you'll be doing
You'll be responsible for a variety of warehouse activities, including:
- Picking, packing and preparing customer and store orders accurately and efficiently
- Working towards individual and team productivity targets and KPIs
- Using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and warehouse equipment
- Working across different areas of the Distribution Centre when required
- Checking work carefully and reporting any discrepancies or damage
- Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe
- Following all Health & Safety procedures and site guidelines
- Working closely with your Team Leader and colleagues to achieve the daily plan
- Supporting the wider team during busy periods and adapting to changing priorities

What we're looking for
You don't need to know everything about our products when you join us - we're looking for people with the right attitude who are keen to learn.
You'll Ideally Be
- Reliable, positive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- A strong team player who is also confident working independently
- Target and results focused
- Flexible in your approach to work and working hours
- Comfortable following processes and Health & Safety requirements
- A good communicator with basic IT and numeracy skills
- Practical, hands-on and willing to get stuck in
Previous warehouse or distribution experience would be beneficial, along with experience using a Warehouse Management System.
