Warehouse Operative – Normanton

📍 Location: Normanton, WF6 1TD
💷 Pay: £12.71 per hour

✅ Must Haves:
- Previous experience as a Warehouse Operative or similar role
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
⏰ Hours:
- Between 8:00am – 6:00pm (initially 9:00am – 5:00pm, with flexibility required for earlier starts and later finishes)

We’re on the lookout for a motivated Warehouse Operative to join our client’s growing team in Normanton. This Warehouse Operative role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working as part of a team, and keeping operations running smoothly. As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring goods move efficiently through the warehouse while maintaining high standards of safety and accuracy.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently
- Picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
- Carrying out quality checks on goods in and out
- Accurately updating stock using warehouse systems
- Storing goods correctly and safely
- Supporting stock takes and maintaining inventory accuracy
- Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
- Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily targets
⭐ Optional Skills (Nice To Have):
- Previous experience in a similar Warehouse Operative role
- Familiarity with warehouse systems or stock control processes
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive mindset and willingness to learn
