Are you an organized administrative professional with experience in the logistics sector?
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our fast-paced, growing team at Focusrite, in Birmingham – Merlin Park.

You will be working 40 hours a week, on a rota basis, any 5 days out of 7 with working hours 10:00-18:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- You’ll be responsible supporting the day-to-day running of the operation providing assisting in the prioritising of daily flows throughout the contract within an administrative capacity.
- Responding to customer enquiries via e-mail
- Maintain and provide statistical information in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts using a range of platforms (for example, telephone, email or social media)
- Organise and file paperwork
- Promote efficient and good general housekeeping i.e. keeping all areas clean and tidy in accordance with all health and safety policies and regulations
- Assist in ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation and standards i.e. QHSE, Policies and Procedures, statutory legislation, etc

What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Experience in warehouse/ administration is essential
- Proficiency in IT systems including WMS
- Ability to work to deadlines
- A strong ‘Can Do’ attitude to succeed in a demanding environment
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent PC skills, including Microsoft applications
- Good customer service skills
