At Rob Pond, we're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team playing a key role in ensuring customers receive their orders accurately and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and wants to be part of a supportive and friendly team.


What you'll be doing

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be involved in the day-to-day running of our warehouse operations, including:

  • Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Processing and booking out customer orders through third-party logistics platforms.
  • Receiving, checking, and storing incoming deliveries.
  • Maintaining stock locations and ensuring products are stored correctly.
  • Preparing products to meet customer-specific requirements.
  • Operating warehouse equipment and materials handling equipment (training provided where appropriate).
  • Keeping warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
  • Supporting colleagues and assisting with other warehouse duties as required.

What we're looking for

  • Can manage a physically active role.
  • Ideally have previous warehouse experience.

A forklift license or previous experience using warehouse equipment would be advantageous, although full training may be provided for the right candidate.
