Certikin is looking for a highly motivated Warehouse Operative with excellent attention to detail to join our Warehouse & Distribution team

The successful candidate will be responsible for picking and packing customer orders accurately in turn ensuring our products maintain high quality throughout their journey to the customer. They will also highlight any potential issues with stock in order to maintain stock levels and they will work as part of a team and individually to ensure efficiency.

Based in our Head Office in Witney, Oxfordshire

Certikin International is looking for a Warehouse Operative to join their Distribution team.

Certikin International is a brand leader that delivers everything that is required to build, refurbish and maintain residential and commercial swimming pools and spa/wellness centres.

What you'll do

  • Use barcode scanners and pick lists to assemble customer orders to deadlines
  • Package customer orders appropriately for the method of delivery
  • Highlight issues with stock when picking orders to help maintain optimum stock levels
  • Ensure all areas of the warehouse and yards are kept tidy and free of debris
  • Take part in warehouse stock movements including put away and replenishment of pickfaces
  • Operate the Trade desk as directed by the Dispatch Supervisor
  • Offer an efficient and friendly service to all trade customers
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of vehicles as directed by the Transport Team Leader
  • Ensure the appropriate paperwork is completed
  • Use mechanical handling equipment such as PPT, pallet trucks and fork lift trucks within Health and Safety guidelines
  • Load and unloading vehicles and containers
  • Label and locating stock
  • Data entry of all goods in and out
  • Consolidate stock on a first-in-first-out basis
