We are looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our team in Hartlepool. You will support the day-to-day operation of the warehouse, ensuring materials and finished products are received, stored, processed and dispatched safely and accurately. This is a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment where safety, quality and attention to detail are essential.

Role Overview

• Receive, inspect and store incoming materials safely and accurately.
• Pick and prepare materials and finished products for production or dispatch.
• Load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment.
• Move materials and finished goods safely around the site.
• Process customer orders and ensure the correct products and quantities are prepared.
• Pack customer samples in line with the requirements of the sales team.
• Complete relevant warehouse, stock and dispatch documentation.
• Use warehouse and stock-management systems to maintain accurate records.
• Support regular stock checks and investigate any discrepancies.
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping throughout the warehouse.
• Follow all health, safety, environmental and quality procedures.
• Wear the required PPE and operate equipment safely.
• Work closely with production, customer service, quality and logistics teams.
• Support the wider operation where required to meet customer deadlines.
