Behind every Aston Martin on the road is a world-class operation working tirelessly behind the scenes.
At Aston Martin, our Aftersales team plays a vital role in delivering the ownership experience our customers expect. Every part, every shipment, and every delivery contributes to maintaining the performance, craftsmanship, and authenticity of some of the world's most desirable luxury performance vehicles.
We're looking for 2 Warehouse Operatives on a fixed term contract until Sept 2027 to join our Global Parts Distribution Centre in Milton Keynes and become an important part of that journey.
This is a hands-on role at the heart of our warehouse and logistics operation, supporting the movement of genuine Aston Martin parts across our global network. Whether you're receiving inbound deliveries, processing stock, preparing customer orders, or supporting kitting activities, your work will directly impact our ability to serve customers and retailers around the world.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in getting the details right. You'll help ensure stock is accurately received, stored, picked, packed, and dispatched while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and accuracy. From supporting inbound operations and inventory management through to shipping customer orders and handling specialist materials, every day will bring variety and responsibility.
This role would suit someone who enjoys being active, organised, and part of a close-knit team. You'll be comfortable working independently when required, while also collaborating with colleagues across the warehouse operation to ensure daily targets and service levels are achieved. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail will be just as important as previous experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn are essential.
Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience would be advantageous, as would forklift or materials handling equipment licenses.
