Job Description: Warehouse Operative at Voy

Voy is a leading online pharmacy committed to destigmatising how people approach their health, offering easy access to diagnostics, a holistic range of treatments, ongoing care and medical advice, and a community that helps people proactively improve their health and wellbeing.

We are looking to hire a diligent and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team at our fulfilment site in Wallingford, Oxfordshire. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys working at pace, takes pride in getting things right first time, and wants to grow with a site that's scaling quickly. You'll own the receiving, storing, picking and shipping of goods that keep our fulfilment running, working to the safety and accuracy standards a regulated pharmacy environment demands.

As a digital healthcare provider, everything we dispense reaches our patients and customers by post — so the accuracy and care of this team is what makes their treatment arrive correctly and on time. You will join a growing team, have a meaningful impact on our patients and customers, and report in to the Warehouse & Systems Manager.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
