Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver
You will work on site in a busy manufacturing and distribution warehouse, reporting to the warehouse lead and working alongside pickers, drivers, and forklift operators. Stock systems, packing materials, handling equipment, and on-the-job training are provided.

Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders.
- Load and unload vehicles safely and on time, with goods identified, secured, and matched to the correct paperwork.
- Record stock movements and output on the system the same day, so locations, rotation, and productivity figures stay reliable.
- Keep yard and warehouse areas organized and clear, spotting hazards and correcting them before they stop the shift.
- Rotate and place stock to company rules so the right product is available without rework or search time.
- Hit the daily warehouse schedule with your team, flexing between pick, pack, load, and housekeeping as the plan changes.
- Retain working knowledge of a wide product range so orders are interpreted correctly the first time.
- Forklift driving.
