YOUR ROLE
As a Warehouse Operative at our site in ADC Barton under Needwood, you’ll support a high-profile customer, playing a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency.
- Shift pattern: 6:00–18:00 (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Hours: Part-time, 24 hours per week
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Unload vehicles and receipt/putaway items
- Pick orders, produce despatch and carrier paperwork, and log on systems where necessary
- Load vehicles according to delivery manifests
- Liaise with Team Leaders to ensure correct work allocation
- Maintain stock accuracy
- Mandatory use of MHE (Material Handling Equipment) – valid licenses and experience are an advantage
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in picking and packing, ideally using SAP or Oracle systems
- Ability to work as a team player and independently
- Strong communication skills
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet targets
