Do you enjoy working in a hands-on role where reliability, efficiency, and teamwork are essential? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our Belfast Warehouse team.

About the role

Shifts Available:

  • Tuesday to Saturday: 10:30 - 18:30
  • Sunday to Thursday: 10:30 - 18:30
  • Sun, Wed, Thurs, Friday: 06:30 - 16:30
  • Butterfly Shift: 18:30 – 06:30
  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday
  • Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday & Thursday

You’ll work in a busy, temperature-controlled warehouse, managing stock and preparing customer orders to meet strict schedules, KPIs and quality standards.

You will be responsible for:

  • Receiving, picking, assembling and loading orders accurately and in line with agreed KPIs
  • Using Warehouse Management Systems to manage stock and follow customer schedules
  • Handling stock carefully to maintain accuracy and minimise damage
  • Operating MHE safely, including completing pre-operational checks and reporting any defects
  • Following all health & safety, food hygiene and environmental procedures
  • Checking stock on receipt and ensuring products are stored at the correct temperature
  • Completing all operational documentation accurately and within required timescales

About you

You’ll be able to read and follow instructions carefully, work accurately in a fast-paced environment, and consistently meet deadlines. MHE licences, particularly Reach and Counterbalance, are desirable but not essential. A good understanding of warehouse operations, combined with a strong commitment to health and safety, will help you succeed in the role.

You’ll be comfortable working in a busy environment, able to stay focused under pressure, and enjoy working as part of a team. We’re looking for someone who is task-focused, flexible and collaborative, with a positive approach and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
