Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative looking for a change? Would you like to work for one of the market leading companies with fantastic benefits? If so, we have a great opportunity for you!

Here at GXO Logistics, we are looking for permanent, full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Crawley, RH10 9HA.

You will be working on a shift pattern of Monday - Thursday 07:30 - 16:00 and Friday 07:30 - 12:30.

Important Information: You must also be able to provide 5 years of continuous employment history. Therefore, we strongly encourage you to ensure your CV is up to date and includes at least 5 years of working history.

What you will do on a typical day:

  • Receive, locate, pick, and ship goods within a warehouse
  • Carry out manual handling tasks as part of daily operations
  • Use FLT/HPT equipment as required (training provided where needed)
  • Accurately process stock using computer systems for inventory control
  • Maintain high attention to detail to ensure accuracy across all tasks

What you need to succeed at GXO:

  • A reasonable level of physical fitness to meet daily manual handling duties
  • Confidence using IT systems and basic computer literacy
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Willingness to work in a warehouse environment
  • A positive attitude and ability to follow procedures
