Role Overview
You will support the day-to-day operation of our warehouse, helping ensure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and on time.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being busy, takes pride in doing a job properly and works well as part of a team.

Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential. Full training will be provided on our systems, processes and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pack orders securely and to the required standard.
- Prepare and process orders for dispatch.
- Move and organise stock within the warehouse.
- Assist with receiving and putting away incoming stock.
- Ensure stock is stored safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Support the wider warehouse and distribution team as required.
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Good attention to detail.
- Comfortable carrying out practical, hands-on work.
- Able to work efficiently whilst maintaining accuracy.
- Organised and able to follow established processes.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week at our Holton Heath site.

Desirable (but not essential)
- Previous experience working within a warehouse environment.
- Experience with picking, packing, dispatch or stock movement.
- Previous experience working within an e-commerce, retail or distribution environment.
