Here at GXO Wellingborough we are looking for Warehouse Operatives to join us at our new site in Wellingborough. From receiving and storing products, to picking, packing, and dispatching orders, you will be involved in all aspects of our warehouse operations.
You’ll be working on a full-time, permanent basis, following a rotating shift pattern: Week 1 – Monday to Friday, covering the hours of 06:00-14:00 / Week 2 – Any 5 days between Sunday and Friday, covering the hours of 14:00 to 22:00. The role is contracted to 40 hours per week.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
- Support the day to day warehouse operation by carrying out inbound, outbound and stock control activities using the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Pick and pack products accurately for retail delivery orders, handling stock with care and a high level of attention to detail
- Work efficiently and flexibly to meet operational KPIs and targets, both independently and as part of a wider team
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment by following all safe systems of work, standard operating procedures and hygiene requirements
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous warehouse experience and FLT licences would be an advantage but are not essential
- A self-motivated and reliable approach, with the ability to work honestly and with integrity at all times
- The flexibility to work at pace in a busy warehouse environment, meeting targets and operational demands
- The ability to work safely both independently and as part of a team, with a focused, quality-driven approach and strong attention to detail
