About The Role
This full-time Warehouse Operative position in Redditch involves twilight hours, Monday to Thursday 1530–2330 with an early Friday finish at 2000. Pay starts between £15.27 and £15.88 hourly, rising after twelve weeks' service. Duties cover picking products, inspecting parts, and supporting goods in and out. The employer, a global manufacturer, offers in-house training on various forklift trucks, and permanent status may follow a successful trial. An ever-growing, busy, global manufacturer is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join their team based in Redditch. Working in a large, busy warehouse, this role is available due to an uplift in work and growth, with this position potentially leading to a permanent contract after a successful trial period.
This role has a guaranteed pay increase once 12 weeks' service completed, early finish every Friday, and training on various FLT's in-house.

- Overtime available paid at a premium rate
