Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

We're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our growing operations team in Telford and help us deliver an exceptional experience for our customers.
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our warehouse, ensuring stock is managed accurately and customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched efficiently.
Working closely with the Warehouse Supervisor and Head of Logistics, you'll support all aspects of warehouse operations, from goods-in and stock control to fulfilment, dispatch and returns.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys a hands-on role and wants to continue developing their skills within a fast-growing business.

What You'll Be Doing
- Receiving, checking and storing stock deliveries
- Picking, packing and dispatching customer and retail orders
- Supporting goods-in, replenishment, stock movements and returns
- Operating warehouse systems to accurately record stock movements
- Carrying out stock checks, cycle counts and inventory reconciliations
- Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
- Working closely with Customer Service and other departments to resolve fulfilment queries
- Operating counterbalance forklift trucks and material handling equipment safely
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the warehouse
What We're Looking For
Essential
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, fulfilment or stock management environment
- Good understanding of goods-in, stock control, picking, packing and dispatch processes
- Experience using warehouse management or inventory systems
- Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, proactive and willing to take ownership of tasks
- Ability to work in a physically active role

Desirable
- Experience within ecommerce, FMCG, beauty, wellness or consumer products
- Experience training or supporting colleagues
- Knowledge of continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience working with couriers or third-party logistics providers
What Success Looks Like
- Orders are fulfilled accurately and dispatched on time
- Inventory accuracy is maintained at a high standard
- Warehouse records and stock counts are completed accurately
- Operational issues are identified and escalated promptly
- The warehouse remains safe, organised and efficient
- You become a trusted and valued member of the operations team
