Warehouse Associate – Permanent & 3-Month Temp Positions
Hourly Rate & Pay Structure
- Day Rate (between 6:00am – 10:00pm): £12.99 – £13.30
- Night Rate (between 10:00pm – 6:00am): £15.58 – £15.89
- 11% recruitment uplift
You may also earn a productivity bonus!
Available Contract Shifts
Permanent Contract
- Sun–Tues/Sun–Wed: 06:00 – 18:00
- Wed–Sat/Thurs–Sat: 06:00 – 18:00
- Mon–Fri: 09:30 – 14:30
3-Month Temporary Contract
- Sun–Tues/Sun–Wed: 06:00 – 18:00
- Wed–Sat/Thurs–Sat: 06:00 – 18:00
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Sorting through sacks of loose parcels (customer orders)
- Loading/unloading stock on and off vans and trailers
- Pick and hang stock
- Scan stock to allocated pallet labels
- Sort through customer orders and retail stock
We’re looking for a dedicated individual who can:
- Comfortably handle manual work and heavy lifting, including pump trucks and other MHE
- Adhere to strict health and safety guidelines
- Maintain a tidy workspace with an "as you go" tidying approach
- Work efficiently and make quick, decisive decisions
- Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork
- Commit to meeting targets consistently
- Remain movement-capable (walking or stationary for shift duration)
- Have a strong attention to detail
