Job Introduction

As a Warehouse Operative in our Logistics team, you'll play a key role in keeping our operation moving. You'll be responsible for moving stock safely and accurately, supporting our kitchens and ensuring everything is where it needs to be, when it needs to be there.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where teamwork, attention to detail and a strong work ethic are valued every day. In return, you'll join a supportive team, work in a modern warehouse environment and be part of a company recognised as one of the UK's Best Workplaces.

If you're reliable, motivated and looking for a role where you can make a real contribution, we'd love to hear from you.

Role Responsibility

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play an important role in ensuring our warehouses and production teams have everything they need to deliver great products to our customers. Working in a chilled environment, you'll be responsible for the safe, accurate and efficient movement of stock throughout the site.

You'll Be

  • Receiving and booking in deliveries
  • Replenishing stock to support production teams
  • Picking and preparing orders accurately
  • Wrapping and loading products ready for dispatch
  • Maintaining stock accuracy and following warehouse procedures
  • Supporting effective shift handovers between teams
  • Working safely, efficiently and collaboratively to achieve daily targets

This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, teamwork and a positive attitude are just as important as warehouse experience.

The Ideal Candidate

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
