You'll be joining our Logistics team in a chilled, modern warehouse environment, helping keep our kitchen running smoothly as we prepare high-quality meals for customers across the UK.

Role Responsibility
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be a key part of keeping our kitchen running smoothly in a chilled environment. This is a hands-on role where your work directly supports getting our meals out to customers.

You’ll Be
- Receiving goods and booking in deliveries
- Replenishing stock for production teams
- Picking and preparing orders
- Wrapping and loading goods for dispatch
- Supporting smooth shift handovers
- Working at pace to hit daily targets as part of a team
The Ideal Candidate
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment
- A proactive, reliable approach with good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused setting
A forklift or reach truck licence is desirable, but not essential — we’ll support training where needed.

What You’ll Get
- £16.57 rising to £17.16 per hour (after training and inclusive of all shift premiums)
- £29,000+ rising to £30,000+ salary equivalent
- Overtime paid at 1.5x (£20+ per hour)

- Friday: 06:00 – 16:00
- Saturday & Sunday: 06:00 – 18:00
