Job Introduction

Looking for a warehouse role that actually works around your life — not the other way around?

At Bigham's, we believe great pay should come with great work-life balance. That's why we offer some of the most attractive shift patterns in the local area, including 4 on 4 off days, Monday to Thursday nights, and Friday to Sunday days. With options that provide regular long breaks, three-day weekends or four days off every week, you'll have more time for family, hobbies and the things that matter most - all while earning a highly competitive salary.

You’ll be joining our Logistics team in a chilled, modern warehouse environment, helping keep our kitchen running smoothly as we prepare high-quality meals for our customers.

If you’ve got warehouse experience, enjoy a fast-paced role, and want to be part of a team that genuinely takes pride in what they do — this is a step up from the typical warehouse job.

Role Responsibility

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be a key part of keeping our kitchen running smoothly in a chilled environment. This is a hands-on role where your work directly supports getting our meals out to customers.

You’ll Be

  • Receiving goods and booking in deliveries
  • Replenishing stock for production teams
  • Picking and preparing orders
  • Wrapping and loading goods for dispatch
  • Supporting smooth shift handovers
  • Working at pace to hit daily targets as part of a team

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
