An opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operative / Delivery Driver to join meat:free production site producing authentic Mexican tortillas, salsas, and related products

As a Warehouse Operative / Delivery Driver, you will be supporting day:to:day warehouse activities while completing safe, timely deliveries to customers and other locations.

This full:time permanent role offers a salary range of GBP 25,500 : GBP 28,000 and benefits.

You will be responsible for

  • Loading the delivery vehicle and ensuring orders are ready for dispatch.
  • Receiving, checking, storing and rotating incoming stock.
  • Picking, packing and preparing customer orders accurately.
  • Updating stock records and carrying out inventory checks using Cin7 (training provided).
  • Preparing product samples and arranging collections and deliveries via DHL.
  • Loading and unloading vehicles and completing required delivery paperwork.
  • Carrying out routine vehicle checks and reporting any issues.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and compliant with health and safety requirements.
  • Using warehouse equipment, including pallet trucks and forklifts where required.

Essential

What we are looking for:

  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Good physical fitness and the ability to undertake manual handling duties.
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
  • Confidence using smartphones for route and delivery applications.
  • Basic computer skills, including email, data entry and stock management systems.

Desirable

  • Previous warehouse and delivery experience.
  • A forklift licence, although training will be provided.
