Mint People Job Opportunity
Mint People are looking for an experienced Production Operative to work at a new, dynamic, and fast-paced business in Stockport, Manchester. This role is for an E-Cigarette company and the ideal candidate will have experience working in production and/or manufacturing, with a special focus on liquid filling machines.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be able to run the machines and will have a technical problem-solving background.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday (but could include the occasional weekend)
- 6am - 2pm, 2pm - 11pm, or 11pm - 6am with the option of occasional paid overtime

Hourly Rate:
- £12.71 - £15.50 (dependent on role)
Weekly Pay:
- Paid every Friday (with 2 weeks in hand)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Machine operation experience (highly preferred)
- Ability to work accurately and methodically
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Flexible approach to duties and tasks
- An understanding of health & safety requirements
- Previous experience within a production facility is required
The Production Operative should be a well-organized and highly motivated individual who can work to strict deadlines while ensuring the production plan is met.

- Ensure goods are to the highest standards during production
- Packaging and labeling of goods
- Demonstrate a determined approach to meet deadlines and quality
