Warehouse Operative - Days & Nights Available
Join our team in a state-of-the-art, robotics-led warehouse and build a career with real progression opportunities.
Whether you prefer early starts, overnight shifts or something in between, we have a range of opportunities available across our operation. As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play an important role in helping us deliver over 215,000 customer orders every week.
What We're Looking For
New to warehousing? No problem. Skills can be taught. Bring your positive attitude and we'll support you every step of the way.
You must:
- Be 18 or over
- Be able to handle meat and alcohol
- Be within reasonable commuting distance of the site using your chosen method of transport
- Be able to understand and follow Health & Safety briefings and operational instructions
- Be comfortable working across ambient and chilled environments (0-5°C)
Available Roles
You will work 4 shifts in every 7-day period. Shifts are spread across the full week, including weekends.
Despatch
- Days: 06:00 - 16:00
- Nights: 20:05 - 06:05
Load customer totes into delivery frames and organise returned totes. A physical role involving regular lifting, no gym membership required!

Pick
- Days: 04:30 - 14:30
- Nights: 18:35 - 04:35
Pick and pack customer orders using our cutting-edge robotic systems. Ideal for those who enjoy keeping busy and paying attention to detail.
Inbound
- Days: 08:00 - 19:00
- Nights: 19:00 - 06:00
Receive goods from suppliers, check quality and place products into totes ready for picking and dispatch.
Shift Patterns
Core Roster
Receive your work pattern 6-13 weeks in advance, giving you plenty of time to plan life around work.
Trade Roster
Receive your shifts one week in advance and be rewarded for your flexibility. You can earn up to £100 extra per month and gain priority access to overtime opportunities.
Pay & Premiums
- £12.84 per hour basic pay

- £2.67 per hour night premium (midnight-6am)

- £1.00 per hour freezer premium (where applicable)
- Overtime paid at 1.25x
