Morecambe | Monday to Friday | Temp to Perm Opportunity
Driver Hire Lancaster is recruiting for a Warehouse Operative / Driver on behalf of our client based in Morecambe.
This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual looking to secure a permanent position with a well-established local company. The role is primarily warehouse-based, with occasional driving duties as required.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- 07:00am or 08:00am to 5:00pm
- Every second Friday finishes early at 1:30pm
- Temp to Perm after 12 weeks

Pay Rate
- £13.23 per hour
- Holiday pay accrued in addition to hourly rate
The Role
- General warehouse duties
- Picking and packing orders
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Stock control and inventory management
- Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Occasional driving duties when required
- Working both independently and as part of a team
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Full UK driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year
- No major endorsements on licence
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Ability to work well within a team and use your own initiative
