What You Will Be Doing
As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll be at the heart of our busy operation—keeping stock moving, orders accurate and customers happy.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, check and put away incoming deliveries.
- Pick and pack customer and engineer orders accurately.
- Check products, quantities, fixings and accessories before dispatch.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and assist with stock checks and stocktakes.
- Keep the warehouse, workshop and yard clean, tidy and organised.
- Load and unload vehicles safely using appropriate equipment.
- Carry out daily forklift checks and follow warehouse procedures.
- Manage returns and ensure paperwork and stock records are kept up to date.
- Report damaged, missing or incorrect stock and any health and safety concerns.
- Work closely with Purchasing, Service, Engineers and other departments.
- Follow all company health & safety procedures and contribute to a positive team culture.
- Provide excellent service and support to both customers and colleagues.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and organised, with good attention to detail and a willingness to work as part of a team. Previous warehouse experience and a forklift licence would be an advantage, but training can be provided for the right candidate.
