Warehouse Operative / Fork Lift Truck Driver
Location: Wrexham Industrial Estate, Wrexham, Wales
Job Type: Temporary
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Salary: Competitive
About the Role
Kinetic Recruitment are working with a well-established and growing company based on Wrexham Industrial Estate to recruit a Warehouse Operative / Fork Lift Truck Driver on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations, supporting both goods-in and goods-out activities while maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Operating a Fork Lift Truck safely and efficiently
- Receiving, unloading, and checking incoming deliveries
- Accurately recording stock movements using internal systems
- Sorting, allocating, and preparing goods for distribution
- Loading and dispatching outbound orders
- Carrying out stock checks and assisting with inventory control
- Reporting damaged, missing, or incorrect items
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
- Supporting general warehouse duties as required
- Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve operational targets

Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience within a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment
- Fork Lift Truck experience and licence preferred
- Experience using stock control or inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Positive, reliable, and proactive approach to work
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK Driving Licence is essential due to working across two local sites
