Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative with an FLT licence looking for your next opportunity?
We're looking for reliable and enthusiastic FLT-qualified Warehouse Operatives to join our Distribution Centre team.
This is a hands-on role where you'll help keep our operation moving - safely operating our forklift trucks, moving stock around the warehouse and working alongside the wider team to make sure our products get where they need to be, accurately and efficiently.
What you'll be doing...
- Safely operating our forklift trucks and Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
- Moving, handling and storing stock throughout the Distribution Centre
- Working towards daily productivity targets and KPIs
- Following warehouse processes, work instructions and Health & Safety procedures
- Using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and other equipment as required
- Keeping your working area clean, organised and safe
- Working closely with your Team Leader and colleagues to achieve daily plans
- Supporting other areas of the Distribution Centre when needed

What we're looking for...
You'll need to hold a valid FLT qualification and be confident operating forklift trucks within a warehouse environment.
We'd Also Love You To Have
- Previous warehouse or distribution experience
- A positive, reliable and proactive approach
- Good attention to detail and a focus on working safely
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Confidence working towards individual and team targets
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility around working hours and shifts
- Experience using a Warehouse Management System would be an advantage
