Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking for a stable, full-time night shift role with a growing logistics business? Carousel Logistics is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our busy hub team.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer freight moves safely, efficiently, and on time through our network to meet critical delivery deadlines.
What We Offer
- £13.45 per hour
- 45 hours per week
- Monday – Friday | 16:00 – 01:00
- Up to £3,500 per year night allowance
- 24 days annual leave plus Bank holidays

- Moving and sorting freight within the warehouse
- Ensuring freight is processed efficiently to meet trunk departure times
- Following standard operating procedures and maintaining contractual performance targets
- Working accurately and methodically in a fast-paced environment
- Checking and maintaining warehouse equipment including pump trucks and conveyors
- Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety compliance
- Supporting colleagues and contributing to smooth warehouse operations
What We’re Looking For
To Be Successful In This Role, You Will Need
- Minimum 3 years’ warehouse experience
- A valid Forklift Licence
- At least 3 years’ Counterbalance Forklift experience
- Ability to work at pace while maintaining accuracy
- Good understanding of written English, including numbers and instructions
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A proactive and dependable attitude
