You'll join our Logistics team and play a key role in making sure our award-winning meals reach customers across the UK. Working in a modern, chilled warehouse environment, you'll be part of a team that takes pride in delivering exceptional standards every day.

Role Responsibility
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play an important role in keeping our operation running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
- Receiving deliveries of fresh ingredients and products through Goods In
- Replenishing warehouse stock and supporting the flow of products from our production kitchens
- Accurately picking orders and ensuring they're ready to meet delivery schedules
- Wrapping, preparing and loading orders for dispatch through Goods Out
- Supporting effective shift handovers to ensure a smooth transition between teams
- Identifying and reporting any equipment issues within your area
- Working closely with colleagues in a fast-paced environment to deliver daily operational targets
- Maintaining high standards of accuracy, food safety and housekeeping throughout your shift
The Ideal Candidate
What We’re Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Comfortable working in a chilled environment
- A proactive, reliable approach with good attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused setting
A forklift or reach truck licence is desirable, but not essential — we’ll support training where needed.
