Warehouse Operative | Immediate Start

Chippenham | Ongoing Contract

£13.50 per Hour | Weekly Pay

Bridgestaff Group are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a friendly, well-organised team in Chippenham. This is an excellent opportunity to secure long-term work with the potential to move into a permanent role, all within a clean, modern, and supportive working environment.

Your Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play a key part in ensuring products are processed accurately and efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Picking and packing customer orders
  • Scanning and processing stock
  • Organising and managing warehouse inventory
  • Refurbishing products to required standards
  • Conducting quality inspections and checks
  • Following clear processes and work instructions
  • Maintaining high standards of accuracy and attention to detail

Shift Pattern

  • 4 Days On / 4 Days Off across 7 days per week
  • 7:00am - 5:15pm

This is an active role that involves standing and moving for much of the shift, making it ideal for individuals who enjoy being on their feet and keeping busy.
