About The Role
We are now looking for a Warehouse Operative to work for our Bauer Media Outdoor Technic team. BMOT is our manufacturing line of business based in Bolton, dedicated to the design and production of our digital advertising screens.
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for managing and relocating stock using EPICOR and handheld devices, supporting Goods In and dispatch, completing stock counts and inventory checks, and ensuring deliveries and paperwork are accurate.
Working as part of a team, you'll follow warehouse processes and support all warehouse functions while maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency.
What will I be doing?
- Relocating stock using EPICOR, the stock control system, including handheld devices
- Supporting Goods In and dispatch
- Completing daily cycle counts and quarterly stocktakes
- Following warehouse processes and instructions
- Supporting deliveries and checking that paperwork matches the physical parts received
- Supporting quality checks at the point of Goods In
- Sorting and placing materials or items onto racks and shelves
- Performing warehouse inventory controls using a scanner, PC and/or handheld device
- Working as a team to support all warehouse functions

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, picking, packing or logistics role
- Experience using warehouse management or ERP systems
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability, punctuality and motivation is key to our line of work
- FLT Counterbalance and/or Reach licence

- Flexible working - our current working hours are 7:00am to 4:50pm, Monday to Thursday. These hours are part of a trial period and are not contractual, meaning they can be amended or withdrawn at any time to meet business needs. The standard contracted working hours for this role are 8:00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday
