Job Type / Contract: Temporary to Permanent (subject to performance)
Location: Ipswich, Suffolk

Shift / Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
About The Role
All Square Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-established Warehousing and Distribution company based in Ipswich, Suffolk, to recruit dedicated Warehouse Operatives for an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a large, friendly warehouse team, with the potential to move into a permanent role based on performance during the temporary period.
Key Responsibilities
- Wrap products accurately and securely ready for dispatch.
- Pick and label items efficiently from the warehouse in line with order requirements.
- Pack products away safely and efficiently, maintaining a well-organised warehouse environment.
- Unload incoming deliveries, including regular heavy lifting, following correct manual handling procedures.
- Work collaboratively as part of a large warehouse team to meet daily targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, keeping the working environment safe and tidy.
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout all picking, packing, and labelling tasks.

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment is desirable but not essential.
- Willingness and ability to carry out regular heavy lifting as part of the role.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
- A current, up-to-date CV is required when applying.
