Warehouse Operative

Salary £26,227 per annum

Kingswinford, West Midlands

Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative who enjoys a fast-moving warehouse setting and takes pride in keeping operations organised and efficient?

Are you seeking a warehouse role that involves hands-on tasks, problem-solving, and teamwork?

If so, we have an opportunity for you to join our growing Warehouse team.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

  • You’ll pick, pack and prepare products to ensure they are sent out to our customers quickly and safely.
  • Operate forklift trucks and other warehouse equipment to keep stock moving smoothly.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing goods, ensuring quality and accuracy at every step.
  • Working with colleagues in logistics and our field based teams to ensure our products are dispatched on time.
  • Maintain a safe and efficient workspace, optimising space and reporting any discrepancies.

Working hours 8.00 - 16.30 Mon - Fri (permanent, employed role)

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Proven track-record of general warehousing experience (load/pick/pack/label/ship)
  • Good knowledge of Health & Safety protocols within a warehouse environment.
  • Valid Forklift Truck qualification
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in basic IT skills, including experience with inventory management software or systems
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong time management and organisation skills are a must!
