We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative at our new chilled potato product packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire.
Please note that this site is due to be operational from October 2026.
Shift & Hours of Work
- 4 days on, 4 days off - rolling shift
- Working 06:00hrs to 18:00hrs
Rate of Pay
- £13.70
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily forklift check is carried out prior to using forklift truck
- Pick products to fulfil the customer orders using the barcode scanners, load vehicles according to the pick sheets and instructions from your Supervisor/Team Leader
- Ensure all standard operating procedures and company policies are always adhered to
- Unload equipment as and when required and store in the correct area. Some items are temperature critical, if unsure at any point ask your Supervisor/Team Leader
- Assist with stock counts when required
- Report any issues with quantities to your Supervisor/Team Leader
- Report any issues relating to quality to your Supervisor/Team Leader
- Report all breaches of Health and Safety policies and breaches of disciplinary policies to department managers immediately
- Ensure traceability is maintained throughout goods in and despatch, every item must be labelled with an ERP generated barcode label
- Ensure good housekeeping practices are followed
- Carry out any other duties as requested by department managers

- Food Safety Level 2 or above
- PPT & FLT Licence
- Numerate & Literate
- Able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
- Able to record accurate load information
