GESIPA® is a leading manufacturer of innovative fastening technology, supplying customers across a wide range of industries. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to join our team at our Keighley site.

Your Tasks
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and production support activities. Responsibilities will include:

- Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Receiving, checking, and storing incoming goods
- Maintaining accurate stock records and inventory control
- Operating warehouse equipment safely and effectively
- Supporting manufacturing operations with timely material movements
- Using warehouse and business systems to process stock transactions
- Ensuring high standards of housekeeping and health & safety are maintained
- Working collaboratively with colleagues across the business
Your profile
We're seeking someone who is:
- Flexible and willing to support changing business needs
- Experienced in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Licensed to operate Bendi/Flexi trucks (essential or highly desirable)
- Numerate and comfortable working with stock quantities and inventory data
- A confident communicator with a positive team-focused attitude
- Computer literate and comfortable using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Organised, reliable, and able to work accurately under pressure
