Shift: 12:30pm – 9:00pm

About The Role
Empowered Personnel are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy warehouse operation in Coventry, CV4.
The role involves scanning parcels, using computer systems and printing labels, alongside general warehouse duties. You will be carrying out consistent processes throughout the shift, so good concentration, accuracy and attention to detail are important.
The successful candidate will be comfortable working on their feet for extended periods and maintaining a steady pace throughout the working day.

Key Responsibilities
- Scan parcels accurately using warehouse scanning equipment.
- Use computer systems to process parcel information.
- Print and apply labels correctly.
- Check parcel details and ensure information is accurate.
- Process parcels efficiently and accurately.
- Follow set warehouse procedures and processes.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working area.
- Work effectively as part of a warehouse team.
- Maintain concentration and accuracy throughout the shift.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Good computer skills and confidence using computer systems.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- The ability to follow consistent processes throughout the shift.
- A reliable and hardworking approach.
- The ability to remain focused and maintain accuracy.
- The ability to work on your feet for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
