The vacancy
Job Role - Warehouse Operatives-Night Shift Driver
Location - Burton on Trent
Salary - £14.74 plus driver allowance
Working Hours - 37.5 per week (Your working hours will be outlined in your contract of employment.)
The DC operates 5 days over 7 (including weekends), Rotating Shifts.
Colleagues are expected to be flexible and be able to work across 6 or 7 days as required.

Duties will include:
- Ensuring replenishment completed in line with daily requirements using the Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Accurate picking, packing and dispatch of a range of Hobbycraft products.
- Manual handling and palletising of goods, both in-bound and out-bound.
- Loading and unloading vehicles, both manually and by using Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE).
- Ensuring all duties are carried out safely and in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOP) having received appropriate training.
- Training will be given on the operating of MHE as appropriate.
- Ensuring a clean and safe, hazard free warehouse.
- Demonstrate and embrace Hobbycraft’s core values and principles.
- To develop productive working relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues, managers and all other personnel.
- To undertake all duties whilst wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and uniform provided.
- To assist in other duties as reasonably requested by the Warehouse Management team.

Skills And Experience
- Hold the appropriate licence to operate MHE- AITT / RTITB / ITSAR
- Show attention to detail and the ability to follow processes and procedures accurately
- Numerical skills.
- Good understanding of the English language, both written and verbal
- Be a team player and demonstrate positive thinking
- Be able to lift up to 15kg
