About the Role
As part of the Lockwood Group, William West & Sons is looking for professional and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our expanding team. Previous warehousing experience or experience of a similar role is essential. Must have warehouse knowledge, be motivated, and able to work on own initiative.

A full UK driving licence and checkable references are required.
Pay & Benefits
- £12.71 per hour
- £3.17 per hour for hours worked between 20:00-06:00
- Shift allowance of £23.00 per week
- 42.5 hours per week
- £697.90 per week basic (if working all hours between 20:00-06:00)
- Overtime paid at time and a half after 9 hours per day
- 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays

- Full PPE and uniform provided
Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operative with the Lockwood Group, you will be:

- Loading & unloading vehicles
- Picking & packing stock
- Use of handheld scanners
- Use of warehouse systems
- Other general warehouse duties
Skills and Experience
Skills and experience we’re looking for in our Warehouse Operative:
- FLT Counterbalance - Desirable
- PPT - Powered Pallet Truck - Desirable
- Shunting experience - Desirable
- VNA - Very Narrow Aisle - Desirable
- Able to work well within a team environment and be motivated.
