Warehouse Operative - Nights | Full Time | Berkshire

The Role
We are looking for an energetic and reliable Warehouse Worker to join our team. You will be responsible for receiving, handling, and dispatching merchandise to and from our warehouse.
Job Details
- Competitive salary
- Shift: Monday night to Saturday morning, 12:00am – 10:00am
- Type: This is a permanent nights position
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload outgoing and incoming delivery vehicles.
- Select products from the warehouse, load and secure goods to pallets, move inventory to the delivery area, and load merchandise.
- Unload stock from delivery vehicles, and transport to and store in designated warehouse positions.
- Adhere to the warehouse health and safety policy and procedures.
- Accept delivery of inventory, counting and confirming inventory, and inspecting inventory for damage and faults.
- Communicate errors to relevant parties.
- Mark and label stock.
- Store inventory in an accessible manner and load and wrap stock on pallets.
- Build loads with forklift and electronic pallet jack.
- Yard checks and downloads.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualifications: Hold a forklift license.
- Experience: Previous experience is essential, particularly in operating a forklift. You will work well under pressure and have the ability to prioritize. You will have excellent time-keeping and a strong customer and quality focus.
- Communication: You will have good communication skills, spoken and written.
- Influence & Persuasion: Build good working relationships with colleagues and our customers.
- People & Self Development: You will have a flexible “can do” attitude to cope with constantly changing priorities.
