Shift patterns: 4 on 4 off - 6am - 6pm
Location: Daventry, NN6 7GX
Do you have warehouse experience and a keen eye for accuracy? Are you looking for a hands-on role within a fast-paced supply chain environment?
We're looking for a Warehouse Operative to join our Highland Spring Water site to receive, store, pick, pack and dispatch customer products safely and accurately while maintaining high standards of quality, customer service and health & safety compliance.
A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
- Receive, unload and check inbound stock against delivery documentation, ensuring accuracy at all times
- Pick and prepare customer orders for dispatch in line with operational procedures and quality standards
- Load and unload vehicles safely and move stock throughout the warehouse using manual handling equipment and MHE where authorised
- Complete stock transactions, cycle counts and system updates using warehouse management systems and IT equipment
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards while working safely and in accordance with all Health & Safety requirements

THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
- Individuals with previous warehouse MHE experience who enjoy working in a busy operational environment (Essential)
- Team players with strong communication skills who can build positive relationships with colleagues and customers
- People who are highly organised, detail-focused and committed to maintaining accurate records and stock control
- Candidates who can manage their own workload, use initiative and confidently prioritise multiple tasks
- Flexible individuals who can adapt to changing business needs and are willing to work shifts where required
