Your Opportunity, Your Team
The Warehouse Team Member primarily supports the Inbound team within QVC UK, helping to receive, move, and store stock safely and efficiently. You will also be required to flex into the Returns team as and when needed, supporting the accurate and timely processing of customer returns.
The Inbound team plays an important role in ensuring products are available in the right place at the right time. The Returns team processes customer returns, refunds, and returned stock within agreed service timelines.
Where You'll Work
This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Knowsley location daily.
- Work hours – On Call 22.5+15 Mon-Sat 11:00-23:00
- Guaranteed 22.5 hours per week which can be flexed up to a further 15 hours per week.
- The hours we allocate to you each week will be within the availability of Monday-Saturday between 11:00-23:00
- You will be given 2 weeks' notice of your working hours each week.
Temporary until 31 March 2027.
What You'll Do
- Unload goods from deliveries and containers, handling items weighing up to 25KG.
- Operate multiple warehouse trucks to move and locate received products and maximize available storage space, including working at heights of up to 30 feet.
- Move stock safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
- Flex into the Returns team as and when required to process customer returns and refunds accurately.
- Use computer systems to complete data entry and navigate between different screens.
- Consolidate returned products and ensure goods are handled with care and accuracy.
- Work collaboratively to meet operational deadlines and provide a quality service to our customers.

What You'll Bring
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial, particularly within an inbound or goods-in environment.
- Basic PC skills, including data entry and navigating between different screens.
- An eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- The ability to handle goods efficiently and safely, including items weighing up to 25KG.
- A willingness to work at heights of up to 30 feet where required.
- Flexibility to support the Returns team when business needs require.
- The ability to learn quickly and work to deadlines.
- Energy, motivation, and a positive approach to teamwork.
- Strong commitment to attendance and punctuality, enabling us to meet the needs of our customers.
- Applicants must be at least 18 years old where the role involves operating warehouse trucks. Full MHE training will be provided.
