Farrow & Ball - Warehouse Operative
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join our Warehouse team in Wimborne. We are offering this position on a full-time basis, working 6am till 2pm Monday to Friday.
Farrow & Ball is a luxury British lifestyle brand that prides itself in creating richly pigmented paint and handcrafted wallpaper, using print methods dating back 300 years and the finest quality ingredients.

Role Overview
As the Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for carrying out essential tasks to support the warehouse process. Working as part of a team, Goods In/ Out follow standard operating procedures, maintain a clean and organised workspace, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality output.

Key Responsibilities
- Identification and reporting of any safety, health, environmental and quality incidents within the warehouse to Technical Operative/Section Managers
- Housekeeping of working environment
- Report any system issues or process breakdowns to Technical Operator/Section Manager
- Receive and check incoming deliveries against delivery notes
- Prepare and pack goods for dispatch accurately and efficiently
- Book in stock and process returns using the IFS system
- Carry out stock movements and maintain accurate inventory records
- Assist with container preparation, including manual handling and general labour duties
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently
- Support other warehouse duties as required
Person Specification
- Previous experience of working within a warehouse environment
- Excellent technical knowledge and expertise
- Good H&S knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Good time management

Desirable
- Valid UK driving licence
- Previous experience using warehouse management systems
- Forklift experience or licence (not essential)
